Our Gulf Giants had a fantastic Saturday night, securing our second win of the tournament by beating Dubai Capitals by 3 wickets. Although we faced some challenges against a strong opponent, we managed to come out on top in a satisfying victory.

Dubai Capitals won the toss and chose to bat. Our bowlers did an excellent job, with debutant Zuhaib Zubair's brilliant fielding leading to the run-out of their in-form batter Rahmanullah Gurbaz. Richard Gleeson continued his impressive form, taking the wicket of Ben Dunk and finishing with figures of 1/14 in his 4 overs. Carlos Brathwaite, playing his first game of the season, made a significant impact by dismissing Sam Billings and David Warner. The rest of the bowlers supported them well, limiting Dubai Capitals to 132. Sikandar Raza's fine innings of 47 was the lone shining star for the David Warner-led side.

In response, we lost Jamie Smith early, but James Vince and Chris Lynn steadied the ship. Lynn continued his fluent form, scoring 37 before getting out. Vince looked promising until Roelof van der Merwe dismissed him. Just when it seemed Jordan Cox and Usman Khan would guide us to victory smoothly, we lost a few quick wickets, creating some tension. However, Cox kept his composure, and with support from Dominic Drakes, we secured the win with 3 wickets to spare. Sikandar Raza and Roelof van der Merwe were standout performers for the Capitals, taking 2 and 3 wickets, respectively.

Despite a few nervy moments, we overcame the challenges and clinched our second win. Looking ahead, we are heading to Abu Dhabi to face the Knight Riders on January 31st, aiming to maintain our winning momentum and keep progressing in the tournament.
